ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Project Manager for an immediate opportunity in Calgary, AB.

ROLE: Project Manager

Mandatory Qualifications:

Education and Professional Credentials:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, information technology, or a related discipline is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Project management certification is required (for example PMP®, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
- Certification or practical experience in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an asset.
8 or more years of progressive experience in project management with demonstrated proficiency across the full project lifecycle.
Proven ability to lead the delivery of complex business and technology solutions (e.g., business applications, infrastructure) from concept through implementation and operational transition.
Experience in successfully managing projects in a remote and hybrid team environment, with cross-functional teams that include business, IT, and vendor resources.
Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including engagement, oversight, and performance evaluation of third-party service providers.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
